Sports, deep tissue and rehab massage can have a great impact on a person's well-being and ongoing efforts to remain active and healthy.  It can also boost an athlete's performance and assistance with recovery from accidents and surgery.  Since graduating from The Indiana College of Sports and Medical Massage (now Indiana Wellness College), I have worked with many different athletes, rehab patients, and folks from every walk of life who wanted to improve their mobility and general health.  If you've never tried massage therapy, I challenge you to put it to the test!
